North Belfast Lantern Festival 2017

Up to 4,000 revellers - led by Star Wars fan-favourites Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Yoda, Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker- are set to bring 'a new hope' to the city when one of Belfast's largest community festivals returns this week.

The two-day festival, which celebrates the 40th anniversary of the release of 'Star Wars: A New Hope', runs from Sunday October 29 to Monday 30 at Alexandra Park and boasts a wide range of fun-packed, family activities.

Christmas Panto - Artistic Team Recruitment

New Lodge Arts are currently seeking an Artistic Team for this year's Christmas Pantomime.

The deadline for proposals is 12noon on Friday 13th October 2017

Come along to an evening of drama and mystery! Help to solve the mystery at the Lincoln Family Estate.

During the evenings festivities we gather vital components of a mystery that unfolds with every characters version of the family tree. Are the children rightful heirs? Does the mother keep a dark secret? What did the maid know?

Aladdin!

Aladdin

This year’s Junior Showcase took place in Girdwood Community Hub on Tuesday 11th April 2017.  Over 60 young people performed the much loved tale of Aladdin to over 200 family and friends.  With quick witted performances Widow Twanky, Aladdin and the Emperor, audiences enjoyed an evening of fun filled entertainment.
